Work Proud - May 2024

|

Please join us in congratulating Megan Rothenbush, Marketing & Brand Management Administrator, as our May WORK PROUD recipient!

It is clear that Megan embodies Ownership and Value each and every day here at PLK. Her genuine Love for what she does, and her team, shines through everything that she accomplishes. She takes Ownership of her responsibilities with a combination of diligence and creativity, keeping PLK fresh and fun. Megan's commitment to adding Value is inspiring to others, and makes her someone that we are proud to have on team PLK. She truly embodies what it means to embrace our core values, making her a deserving candidate for the May Work Proud award. Here are some of the incredible comments made by her peers.

"Megan is supportive of her peers and of other employees. Megan is a doer by nature, but she sincerely does it out of a desire to help people succeed. She's such an integral part of the lease-up communities and helping them to stay on track and be fully prepared to succeed. And she's a great cheerleader! She brings a solid background of on-site management that really helps her to keep the teams moving in the right direction. Megan has so many qualities that I admire. She is truly a dynamo at knocking out a list and taking on more. It's truly amazing what she can accomplish in one day. I Love Megan's sense of humor and her ability to find common ground with so many people. She's incredibly thoughtful and it shows in her desire to get things right the first time. I LOVE her energy. From the moment she starts her day until she's done, she's full speed and a lot of fun to work with each day."

"I'm proud to work with Megan every single day without exception. I Love to see her flex her marketing and creative muscles as those are not her natural skills. It takes effort for any one of us to use our brains differently than what we normally would in a workday, but Megan Loves a challenge. I Love to see her satisfaction when she knows she hit a project out of the park!"

CONGRATULATIONS, Megan! Keep up the amazing work! We are PROUD of you!
