Frank has been a part of the PLK family for just a little shy of a year, but he is already making a huge impact everywhere he goes. You can tell by all the wonderful things said about Frank that he is a big support to everyone. Frank holds so many PLK Core Values, however, Integrity and Respect were front and center in his nominations.
