Work Proud - April 2022

Congratulations to Amanda Johnson , Property Manager at Kenton Reserve, as our April WORK PROUD recipient!

Amanda join the PLK family just a 1 1/2 ago but is already making a huge impact. You can tell by all the wonderful things said about Amanda that she makes quite the impression. Amanda holds so many PLK Core Values, however, Respect and DRIVE were front and center in her nominations. Amanda brings a positive attitude to work each day ready to motivate her team and greet everyone with a smile. Let’s take a look at the wonderful words her team members and peers had to share…

“Amanda is respectful of her coworkers as she takes ownership in everything she does. She promotes unity within her team while being a driving force behind us all. ” – Fellow Nominator

“Even though Amanda has been extremely busy with getting the new property up and ready, she makes time every day to check in with the Crescent Team and their needs as well! She's an absolute Rockstar, under pressure, and always keeps a smile on her face! ” – Fellow Nominator

“Amanda goes above and beyond for her team and residents. She’s constantly on her "A" game, always thinking, making moves, and planning. Amanda is a team player with the biggest heart. She is always willing to help out when needed. ” – Fellow Nominator

“Amanda is a get-it-done force with a can-do attitude. She’s a leader who doesn’t hesitate to work hard. Whether diving in with her leasing team or joining forces with maintenance to ready a turn, Amanda is here for it. Her ability to pivot quickly and make smart, confident decisions is an asset to her team and our PLK family. I am Proud to work with Amanda and look forward to seeing her conquer new challenges at Kenton Ridge!”-Jen Van Treese-Training & Marketing Educator
