For a second time, PLK Communities has been recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work Finalist. PLK was also selected in 2017. Employees at PLK and other participating companies were surveyed and ranked by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace. Companies are scored on results measuring senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated the highest in one of five size categories.
“This is such a tremendous honor” said COO, Megan Lawhon. “For the past three years we have been so focused on building a company culture that is empowering and built on integrity and respect. We are thrilled to know that our colleagues are happy to be a part of this journey.”
