For a second time, PLK Communities has been recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier’s Best Places to Work Finalist. PLK was also selected in 2017. Employees at PLK and other participating companies were surveyed and ranked by an independent third party, Quantum Workplace. Companies are scored on results measuring senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition, and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated the highest in one of five size categories.

The Business Courier has named the finalists for its 2019 Best Places to Work awards. The program recognizes companies and organizations in Greater Cincinnati that are changing the business landscape in terms of employee engagement.
Companies were then scored in areas such as senior leadership, team effectiveness, work recognition and benefits. The finalist companies are those that rated highest in one of five size categories: 10 to 24 employees, 25 to 49 employees, 50 to 99 employees, 100 to 199 employees and 200 or more employees.
