Another exciting chapter in PLK Communities’ continued growth in Florida has officially begun.
PLK is proud to welcome, a 396-home community in Nona West, to our growing portfolio. The acquisition marks our fourth community in Florida, brings our presence across Orlando and Naples to nearly 1,500 homes, and moves PLK’s company wide portfolio to more than 7,600 homes.
It’s a meaningful milestone for our organization—and one made possible by the care, collaboration and commitment of team members across PLK.
A New Addition in Nona West
Set at the gate to Lake Nona, Savelle Nona West features signature one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences designed around comfort, connection and a more considered everyday experience. The community brings a distinctive identity to our Florida portfolio, combining contemporary residential design with the warmth and attention to detail of boutique hospitality.
Residences feature details such as screened patios or balconies, nine-foot ceilings, oversized closets, stainless Whirlpool appliances, kitchen islands and soft-close cabinetry.
Throughout the community, residents can enjoy spaces created for both downtime and connection, including a saltwater pool, hammock lawn, outdoor fireplace, 24-hour fitness center, cyber café, micro-offices, conference space, dog park and activity lawn.
