As part of our "Live Proud" mantra, we take pride in everything we do. That doesn't stop at just great new designs and developments but extends to the amount of work and love we've put into preserving and restoring the pieces of history we're lucky enough to work with.

When designing The Jameson Apartments in Madisonville, Ohio - we wanted to ensure that the historic Stewart House that sat on the grounds of the soon-to-be Jameson Apartment Community was not only preserved but enhanced. We vowed to invest at least $500,000 in the repurposing of the house and ended up investing more than double our original commitment. Our efforts were dually appreciated and recognized by Cincinnati's City Council and as a result, the original Stewart House has been designated as an official city historic landmark.
