PLK Communities recently welcomed partners, organizations and community leaders to celebrate the opening of our new corporate office with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and first look at the completed space. Located at Factory 52 in Norwood, the new headquarters represents an exciting milestone for our team and another meaningful investment in the city we are proud to call home.

While the ceremony marked the official completion of the project, the celebration was about more than opening a new office. It was an opportunity to recognize the people and partnerships that helped transform an early vision into a space designed to support PLK’s continued growth.

A Space Designed for What Comes Next

As PLK Communities has grown, so has the need for a headquarters that reflects how our team works today. The new office was thoughtfully designed to bring departments together, encourage collaboration and create space for the planning, creativity and coordination behind everything we do.

Every detail, from the layout and flow to the finishes and craftsmanship, was considered with both purpose and people in mind. The result is a workplace that feels elevated yet welcoming, providing our team with an environment that supports connection, innovation and future opportunities.

Celebrating the Partnerships Behind the Project

Projects of this scale are made possible through collaboration. From the earliest planning conversations through construction and the final details, the new office was strengthened by the knowledge, resources and support of many organizations.

We extend our sincere thanks to Mayor Victor Schneider, the City of Norwood, JobsOhio, HCDC—now known as Alloy Development Co.—The Port, KMK Law, DSD Advisors, Forcht Bank and REDI Cincinnati. We were honored to celebrate this milestone alongside these partners and are grateful for the role each played in bringing the project to completion.

Proud to Call Factory 52 Home

The new headquarters places our team in the heart of Factory 52, the mixed-use community PLK Communities developed at the former United States Playing Card Company site. What was once an underused industrial property has become a vibrant destination where people can live, work, dine and connect.

Moving our corporate team to Factory 52 brings us even closer to the work and communities that define PLK. It also reinforces our long-term commitment to Norwood and the continued growth taking place throughout the city.

A Milestone and a New Beginning

The ribbon cutting celebrated the completion of an important project, but it also represented the beginning of PLK Communities’ next chapter. Our new headquarters gives our team a strong foundation for the continued development, acquisitions and community investment ahead.
