PLK Communities, the developer of Factory 52 in Norwood, selected Josh Gerth, Todd Pease and Rusty Myers with JLL as the office leasing team for Factory 52. In addition, the Sycamore Township-based developer and apartment owner selected Melissa Ruther, Megan Fair and Kristen Wilzbach with CBRE to handle retail leasing at the development on the former U.S. Playing Card site.
