A Regional Conversation on Growth

Our team was proud to have Chief Operating Officer Megan Lawhon represent our organization at the 2026 Southwest Ohio Growth Summit, a regional event focused on the future of growth, development and opportunity across Southwest Ohio.

Hosted by the Cincinnati Business Courier and Dayton Business Journal, the summit brought together leaders from across the region to discuss some of the most important issues shaping our communities, including housing demand, development and regional growth.

Housing at the Center of the Discussion

Megan was featured as part of the housing conversation, where she joined fellow industry leaders to discuss the demand for housing and the role thoughtful development plays in supporting strong, connected communities.

At PLK, growth has never been only about adding homes. It is about building communities with purpose, supporting the people who live there and investing in the neighborhoods around them. From new apartment communities to townhome developments and mixed-use destinations, PLK remains focused on creating residential experiences that respond to the needs of today’s renters while helping shape the future of the region.
