Jenn Budd, Property Manager of Mallard Lakes Townhomes, was awarded Zego’s Property Manager Hero for June!!! Out of all their clients, nationally, she was selected for her well-deserved efforts and accomplishments!

For those who don’t know, Zego is PLK’s payment processing company that integrates applicant and resident transactions into ResMan. Every few months, Zego selects a Property Manager who goes above and beyond for their residents, is engaged with their community, helps customize the resident experience and solves resident problems daily. Over Jenn’s tenure at PLK, she has acquired multiple feathers in her hat and has some truly notable achievements. Since 2018, I’ve witnessed the Zego utilization increase to over 100% at any property she is managing, she’s managed properties that were awarded Property of the Year at the Celebration of Excellence, she improves NOI, decreases vacancy, all while maximizing rents and has mentored multiple team members who now sit in PM seats.
