Justin's career began in 2002, fresh out of the Scarlet Oakes HVAC/R program, where he started as a groundskeeper. His rapid ascent through the ranks, from service technician to Maintenance Lead at Hills Properties, showcases not only his exceptional skills but also his innate leadership abilities. During his 18-year tenure at Hills Properties, Justin honed his craft, mastering various maintenance roles and earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues.
In 2021, Justin embarked on a new chapter in his career, joining Wood Partners as a Regional Facilities Director. His tenure at Wood Partners was marked by significant achievements, including overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties spanning multiple states and receiving accolades such as the Star Performer of the Year award. Justin's commitment to excellence and his ability to navigate complex challenges with ease made him an invaluable asset to Wood Partners.
