PLK Communities is continuing to grow the mix of wellness, dining, retail, and entertainment at Factory 52 with the addition of HOTWORX, a national infrared fitness studio expected to open at the Norwood campus later this fall.

The new location represents a 10.5-year commitment to Factory 52 and will occupy approximately 3,000 square feet near The Gatherall and the campus parking garage. It will be the third HOTWORX studio in Greater Cincinnati and one of more than 900 locations across the country.

A New Fitness Experience at Factory 52

HOTWORX combines exercise, heat and infrared energy through virtually instructed workouts inside patented infrared saunas. The Factory 52 studio will include 10 sauna pods offering 30-minute isometric workouts and 15-minute high-intensity interval training sessions, with options such as Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, Hot Cycle, Hot Barre and Hot Stretch.

An indoor-outdoor FX Zone will provide additional space for functional strength training with weights and other equipment.

Members will have 24-hour access, seven days a week, making the studio a natural fit for the wide range of residents, professionals and visitors already connected to Factory 52. The around-the-clock model also offers added flexibility for the healthcare professionals and others throughout the community who work nontraditional schedules.

Continuing the Growth of Factory 52

Bringing HOTWORX to Factory 52 reflects PLK Communities' continued focus on creating places that bring daily life together. The campus combines apartments, townhomes, offices, dining, shopping, recreation and public gathering spaces within the thoughtfully reimagined former U.S. Playing Card Co. property.

HOTWORX will join a growing tenant lineup that includes The Gatherall, Braxton Brewing Co., Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams, My Masterpiece Studio, JS Jewelers, Dream Salon and Spa, Pickle Lodge and more. Its addition expands the wellness offerings available on campus while introducing another reason for the surrounding community to experience Factory 52.

Early registration is now available ahead of the studio's anticipated opening later this fall. Visit the HOTWORX Factory 52 website to learn more and explore membership options.
