Corporate Spotlight: Meet Alicia Taylor, Executive Regional Manager

In the latest feature of our Corporate Spotlight series, we're introducing Alicia Taylor, Executive Regional Manager, and sharing her journey from Property Manager to one of PLK's senior operational leaders.
A Career Built on Growth
Since joining PLK eight years ago, Alicia has embraced every opportunity to learn, lead and grow. Beginning her career as Property Manager at Lakefront at West Chester, she advanced through District Manager and Regional Manager roles before becoming Executive Regional Manager. Along the way, she has helped lead acquisitions, lease-ups, portfolio growth and countless operational initiatives across the company.
Leading Teams to Success
As Executive Regional Manager, no two days are ever the same. Whether she's visiting communities, reviewing financial performance, conducting training, hiring new team members or supporting site teams, Alicia's primary focus is helping her teams succeed. Her leadership extends beyond operations by mentoring future leaders and providing the guidance and support that allows both team members and communities to thrive.
A Passion for Lease-Up Communities
One of Alicia's favorite aspects of her career has been leading lease-up communities. From The Jameson and Elevation 800 to Factory 52's apartments and townhomes, she enjoys the unique challenge of creating a community from the ground up. Working closely with construction, marketing and operations teams, Alicia has helped shape the resident experience from the very first move-in, making each lease-up a rewarding milestone in her career.
Beyond the Office
Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband, Randy, and their two daughters, Daphne and Gwen. Whether it's hiking, grilling, supporting Girl Scouts, cheering at soccer games or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, family is at the heart of everything she does. She also hopes to one day become fluent in Spanish and travel to destinations like Japan and New Zealand.
Making a Lasting Impact
When asked what she enjoys most about her career, Alicia's answer is simple: mentoring others. Watching team members grow, earn promotions and reach new milestones is the most rewarding part of her role. Her commitment to developing people and fostering a strong company culture continues to leave a lasting impact across PLK Communities.
