Continued Investment in Hyde Park Square

We’re sharing a brief update on Hyde Park Square. We have recently completed the purchase of 2727 Erie Avenue, reflecting our long-term commitment to Hyde Park and continued investment in one of Cincinnati’s most established neighborhood business districts.

At this time, there are no immediate redevelopment plans for the property. The building will continue operating as it does today while we take a thoughtful look at how it may fit into broader, block-level planning over time.

A Long-Term Perspective

Our approach in Hyde Park is grounded in steady ownership and careful planning. Long-term investment allows us to look at the Square more holistically — from how people move through the area to how infrastructure and utilities can be improved over time.

Rather than focusing on short-term changes, our goal is to support the Square’s long-term strength through coordinated planning and responsible reinvestment.
