We’re excited to celebrate Stetson Square as PLK’s October Property of the Month! Built in 2005 and proudly brought into the PLK portfolio in 2022, this 205-unit community blends unique architecture, city access, and a sense of home that residents truly love. Meet the Team
What really makes Stetson Square feel like home is the team behind it. Property Manager Madi Meade has been with PLK since November 2022 and brings passion and leadership to her role. Kevin Forste, our Lead Maintenance Technician, has been part of the PLK family since December 2016 and is known for his reliability and deep experience. Arron Boyce joined PLK in August 2025 and has already made a strong impression with his hands-on approach. Our Leasing Consultants, Abby Macneil and Ali Perry, came aboard in June and April of this year, bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming spirit to everyone who walks through the door. Charles Glover, who joined PLK in October 2024, ensures the community grounds stay clean, inviting, and well cared for. While some team members may be newer to Stetson specifically, their combined experience and dedication are felt every day throughout the community.

There’s a movie theater for chill nights in, a business center and conference room when it’s time to focus, and a cozy café and clubhouse to connect with friends or neighbors.
