Seminary Square Lofts

Seminary Square is located in downtown Covington, Kentucky. Seminary was built in 2007 and acquired by PLK in 2020. Seminary Square is comprised of 32 units, and the floorplans are a mix of studios and 2-bedroom loft-style apartment homes. On-site, residents have access to a boutique fitness center and a beautiful rooftop terrace. The rooftop terrace was redesigned this year, and the residents now have an inviting area to grill and entertain. Seminary’s most desired feature would, hands-down, be its location. From Seminary you can walk to Mainstrasse which is abundant in restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Your located right in the heart of Covington near the Ohio river, you can reach downtown Cincinnati on a scooter or bike in minutes by riding over the bridge from Kentucky into Cincinnati.
Meet the Team
In the office you’ll find Jeremy Worthington, Property Manager of Seminary Square, he has been with PLK for almost 6 months. Brittany Hogeback is thriving as one of PLK’s newest leasing consultants and has been with PLK for just over a month. Seminary's facilities and maintenance are maintained by Maintenance Lead, Gary Chadwell. Gary has been with PLK Communities for a little over a year. When he's not flying solo, Gary is assisted in the care of Seminary Square by a part-time groundskeeper.
Seminary Square Fun Facts
Located right around the corner from Seminary is our sister property, Duveneck Square. You can walk from property to property, and they share one leasing office. Seminary and Duveneck are managed by the same team, and they split their time between both properties helping both sites’ residents. So, when we say this property has 32 apartments, the team really has 142 homes they take care of and manage.
Another fun fact about Seminary Square is that several of the floorplans have moveable walls. Moveable walls make it easy to close off your office or bedroom and open your living space up, they really thought of how to best utilize the space, these walls help to create an open concept living experience.
