Built by PLK in 2025, Remington Lake is one of the newest additions to the PLK portfolio, offering 272 apartment homes in a setting that feels tucked away while still keeping residents close to everything Hamilton has to offer. The community is tucked away from the main road, giving residents some separation from the busier parts of town, while still being conveniently close to downtown Hamilton and everyday necessities. Residents can enjoy everything happening nearby and then come home to a setting that feels removed from the hustle and bustle of city life.
Meet the Team
A big part of what makes Remington Lake special is the team behind it. Property Manager Rachel Hemsink leads the community alongside Leasing Consultants Jordan Alexander and Ren Milazzo. On the maintenance side, Maintenance Lead Sherry Morris works alongside Maintenance Technicians Mike Burgdorf and Dave Frey to keep the community looking great and running smoothly. Together, the team brings a welcoming approach to both residents and prospects and plays an important role in making a brand-new community feel like home.

Remington Lake already has a few stories that make it uniquely its own. Remington himself is hanging behind the maintenance desk, and according to Hawke, the paintings throughout the community were completed by him. The community has also found an audience online—a Remington Lake social media Reel reached nearly 12,000 views and even brought someone through the door for a tour after they saw the video. And one of the quirks of the location? There’s one way into Hamilton and one way out, something the team has certainly gotten to know well.
