Latitude at Deerfield Crossing is located in Mason, Ohio just 2 traffic lights off of I-71 and only 7-8 minutes from I-75. Latitude was built in 2014 and acquired by PLK in 2018. This property has 227 units total consisting of studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment homes. One thing that makes Latitude so desirable is the location, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, the movie theater, parks, and more. Although near great activity and eating venues, this location is also peaceful, you can sit on a bench near the large pond with a fountain and enjoy the quiet - Latitude offers the best of both worlds. The amenities are abundant offering a theater room, game room, pool, spa, cornhole and grilling area, conference room, coffee bar, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor fireplace with gathering areas. Latitude truly has something for everyone.
Meet the Team
In the office you’ll find Marilee Cope, Property Manager of Latitude, who has been with PLK for more than 4 years, the Assistant Property Manager, Diana Cheatham, and Leasing Consultant, Natasha McBerry, who have both been with PLK for over 3 years. The maintenance dream team includes, Kevin Forste, Maintenance Lead, who has been with PLK for 6 years, and Michael Rough, our handy maintenance technician, who began with PLK just over 1 year ago. This team is amazing and the customer service they provide is top-notch!
Latitude Fun Facts
The Latitude team tries to think outside the box when they think of customer service. They serve frozen fruit and pass out chilled neck towels to residents at the pool or coming home from work on hot summer days and offer a hot chocolate bar in the winter. On a regular basis, you’ll find residents playing bridge and/or mahjong in the clubhouse.
Another fun fact about Latitude is although they have a Mason mailing address, they are in Deerfield Township which means no city taxes, but you are still able to attend Mason Public Schools.
