Indian Footprints Apartment Homes

Indian Footprints is located in Harrison, Ohio and was built in 1985. To get to Indian Footprints you take Harrison Avenue heading west until it almost ends but don’t drive that extra minute or you will be in Indiana! PLK acquired this 236-unit property in 2011 and the homes are a mix of one and two-bedroom apartment-homes, and three-bedroom townhomes. The community is beautiful with lots of green space and shade trees. At the community, you will find all the amenities including a pool with sundeck, fitness center, sports court, bark park, playground, on-site laundry, and a clubhouse that provides a cozy spot to work and entertain close to home. Indian Footprints is also undergoing renovations this year, several of their apartment-homes are being fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, new countertops and cabinetry, flooring, paint, and light fixtures.
The town of Harrison is still very small but the growth within the small business community is amazing! The town itself has so much to offer its residents, not to mention it was voted one of the top places in Ohio to raise a family! Downtown Harrison will offer you unique dining experiences sure to wow on date nights or just fun nights out on the town. – It is also a DORA district!
Meet the Team
In the office, you’ll find Elizabeth Knipp, Property Manager, who has been with PLK for three years and her Leasing Consultant, Karissa Kraus, who started with PLK in August of 2020. The maintenance team consists of two new team members, De’Eric Ward, our Maintenance Lead, and Adam Peak, our handy maintenance technician. Both maintenance team members began with PLK just this month, welcome!
Indian Footprints Fun Facts
The Indian Footprints team represents every year at the Harrison 4th of July and Christmas parade, always a fun time for the family. Another fun fact about Indian Footprints is after the original apartments were built the property has added eight townhomes that are located within walking distance of the property. These townhomes are considered part of the Indian Footprints community, however, might not appear to be at first glance. Also, Indian Footprints is a great place to watch for bald eagles. Within two miles of Indian Footprints, you can find three bald eagle nests, which makes it a great location for bird watching.
