Brixworth Apartment Homes

Brixworth Apartments is located off Springdale Road in Cincinnati, Ohio. Brixworth was built in 1977 and acquired by PLK in 2005. This property has 210 units total consisting of both one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. The property has a mix of both renovated and non-renovated homes, but almost every home comes with a unique brick accent wall in the living room, perhaps where the community name “Brixworth” comes from. The community is beautiful, and the top amenities include a swimming pool with sundeck, playground, clubhouse, and a laundry facility on the second floor of every building.

Meet the Team

In the office you’ll find Alexis Ross, Property Manager of Brixworth, she has been with PLK since July of 2019 and her Leasing Consultant, Isabella Koeberle, who started with PLK in October of 2021. The maintenance team consists of two veteran team members, Ron Potter, our Maintenance Lead, has been at Brixworth even before PLK acquired the property in 2005 and Tim Abner, our handy maintenance technician, began with PLK in March of 2017. This property is lucky enough to have a part-time custodian, Cindy Fields, that shares her time between Brixworth, and Northgate Meadows and she has been with PLK since December of 2007.

Brixworth Fun Facts

Rumor has it that the land Brixworth was built on was once full of peach trees (hence the names of the condos behind the community called Peach Grove Condos and the Peach Grove Animal Hospital located across the street). The leasing office also has a unique past, it was once a pizza parlor, and the clubhouse was a salon. If you drive around to the back of the clubhouse, you’ll find the maintenance shop that was once an auto repair shop. In the same strip as the clubhouse and leasing office, you’ll find two, one-bedroom apartments that are each 1,000 sq.ft. and were once storefronts.

Alexis, “We do not match our service to our price range, we strive for much, much higher!  What this means, is that we provide our prospects and residents with the same level of service you’d expect from a luxury, brand-new, 'A' community.  We start with a sparkling clubhouse, ensuring the coffee bar is stocked and ready for use.  We keep candy out and candle warmers going.  We try to create a warm and welcoming environment for all who enter.  We ensure our grounds remain clear of trash and debris at all times.  Our hallways are cleaned weekly as well.  We do our best to make each turned apartment home appear as if no one had ever lived there before.  We tackle maintenance requests immediately.  We make personalized connections with everyone we meet and carry those through every future conversation we have.  It makes people feel important and valued, which they are!  I know all of our sister PLK communities do the same, but outside of that, I have yet to find a competitor that gives the same experience!”
