Alexander Pointe is located in Maineville, Ohio just two-and-a-half miles from Interstate 71. Alexander Pointe is just minutes from Kings Island and plenty of shopping. The construction of Alexander Pointe started in 2019 and was completed in 2020 and the property was occupied at 100% that same year. The property is a mix of both two- and three-bedroom apartments totaling 144 homes. The community layout was so popular that PLK Communities built very similar homes at Gentry East and will soon build it again at Meribel in Springboro, Ohio. This community has some beautiful amenities including a party patio with a fire pit, a resident lounge and cybercafé, a beautiful pool with a sun deck, a bark park, and a 24-hour fitness center.

In the office you’ll find Suz Main, Property Manager of Alexander Pointe, she has been with PLK for 16 months, and her Leasing Consultant, Kathy Young, who started with PLK just 3 months ago. Alexander Pointe’s Maintenance Lead is Kurt France, and Kurt has been at Alexander Pointe from the very beginning. This dream team is amazing and the customer service they provide is top-notch!

Located in Hamilton Township, residents of Alexander Pointe do not pay income tax and the school district is Little Miami Schools.
With Kings Island basically in your backyard, every evening at 10 pm residents can enjoy their very own private firework show from their patio or balcony.
