At PLK Communities, we’ve always believed that the best spaces are made even better by the people—and businesses—that bring them to life. Since opening its doors, Hi-Wire Brewing has played a pivotal role in shaping the Factory 52 experience. From hosting vibrant events to creating a space that welcomed families, friends, and beer lovers alike, Hi-Wire helped set the tone for what this campus could become. We’re incredibly grateful for the time we’ve spent together as neighbors and collaborators in Norwood.

The recent devastation of Hi-Wire’s headquarters and flagship taproom in Asheville, North Carolina, due to Hurricane Helene, is a heartbreaking reminder of how quickly things can change. Our hearts go out to their entire team. We’re proud to have been a part of Hi-Wire’s Cincinnati journey and continue to wish them strength and success in all that’s ahead.

As one chapter closes, another begins—and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome Braxton Brewing Company into the Factory 52 family. Braxton is no stranger to us. In fact, our Duveneck Square community in Covington, Kentucky, has had the joy of partnering with Braxton’s flagship taproom and rooftop garden over the years. Their strong community presence, inventive programming, and unwavering commitment to quality make them the perfect fit for this space.

Soon, the Factory 52 taproom, rooftop, The Porch bar, and programmed events lawn will be refreshed with Braxton’s signature style, bringing even more reasons to gather, celebrate, and raise a glass. From movie nights to pop-up events, we’re eager to see what’s next.
