We’re excited to share the next phase of growth at Factory 52: brand-new Factory 52 Townhomes are coming Summer 2026 and are currently under construction.
This milestone marks an important step in the continued evolution of the former U.S. Playing Card campus in Norwood. Most recently, it represents the redevelopment of the former Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) building site, which has been cleared to make way for this next residential addition.
From the beginning, Factory 52 has been about reimagining historic industrial space into a vibrant, mixed-use destination. As the campus has grown—bringing together apartments, dining, retail, and year-round community activations—our long-term vision has continued to unfold. The introduction of townhomes is a natural progression of that vision.
